Two of my brothers along with my oldest brother Gary traveled from Missouri to Chicago to get his townhome on the market. We only had a week to do what work we could do and find a realtor. We connected with Santiago Valdez with Relux Compass. Met with another excellent realtor but with the Concierge available with Compass to borrow money with no interest to get the property ready to sell was what we needed. We signed with Santiago on a Friday and he had his contractor in there on the following Tuesday. In 2 weeks as promised the property shown on a Monday with 6 showings in the morning along with more the remainder of the day. Now I was managing this from my home in Arizona. Santiago had kept me up to date on the remodeling on a daily basis. We had 2 offers right away with first one getting cold feet by the end of the week finalized the 2nd offer the following Monday at $10,000 over the listing price. Santiago connected us with a lawyer named Harley and his assistant who was able to get everything done for a closing 3 weeks and 2 days from accepting the offer. Could have not have a more professional and personal realtor than Santiago. My brother Gary is a veteran and I am is his medical POA so having this kind of service was a big load off of my back.
